At Daimon Brewery, we are proud of our heritage. Our brewery was established in 1826, at the foot of the IKOMA mountain range. We have brewed sake in this special area ever since. Being nestled between Kyoto, Osaka and Nara has always been our secret-It has provided us with some of the best water in Japan. Now, we are the only brewery in the region still producing Sake with fresh mountain water-the core of our spirit.
The Daimon Series represents our Premier Sake. Under the guidance of the 5th Generation Kuromoto and Tojis, we started producing Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo.
Now under the leadership of the 6th and soon to be 7th generation, we have introduced our Sake to the world.
