The Daiginjo is the brewery's flagship expression, featuring a 35% in-house polish on Hyogo Yamada Nishiki rice. A faint and light sweetness with a subtle floral aroma belies the elegance that follows. A testament to the sake's outstanding quality, the Shikisakura Manyohijiri Daiginjo is proudly served on JAL's First Class International flights.
The Junmai Daiginjo is light, dry & clean tasting with a gentle ginjo aroma. Incredibly smooth and very easy to drink. Brewed 'Karakuchi' (dry), expect light notes of mint & melon with a refreshing brightness, and short dry finish.
