Seemingly a restrained and gentle sake, the Ryozanpaku really shines when tasting from small traditional sake glasses. Notes of nectar, stonefruits and lychee are released in the mouth for a most enjoyable experience. Best consumed with friends.

What am I drinking?
Daiginjo = rice grain has been polished down to a minimum of 50% before brewing. General rule of thumb, the lower the percentage, the purer the flavor, and the more expensive the product. This sake is made with a small amount of brewer's distilled alcohol added to extract more flavour and aroma.
