The Daiginjo is an incredibly sexy sake. A ridiculously aromatic floral nose makes way for a lithe body that slides elegantly down your throat like silk on skin. Pure indulgence and a perfect representation of the brewery's Gold medals. Notes of lilies and red apple.
The Junmai Daiginjo has an amazingly juicy mouthfeel with a subtle fruity aroma. Complex and smooth with a medium/dry finish. Lower in aroma, but fuller in body and flavour, this sake has strong pineapple, melon and green apple notes.
Both sake are polished down to a very low 35% for a pure and clean flavour, using premium Yamada Nishiki rice.
