The single best value sake on the entire range, excellent flavour, great balance, punches way above its weight class. Fruity with a light sweetness, aromatic, very very smooth with a nice body. Easily paired with all kinds of cuisine, especially Chinese food.
Labled as a Junmai, but with a polish of 59%, could easily be a Junmai Ginjo.
