Seldom do we get the chance to describe a sake as sexy, but the Kikuzakari Daiginjo is one such sake. A ridiculously aromatic floral nose makes way for a lithe body that slides elegantly down your throat like silk on skin. Pure indulgence.
The Daiginjo is the pride of the Shinshuumeijyou brewery and is beautifully paired with fresh fish, grilled white meats & delicate fare. Also great on its own, chilled, in a white stem glass.
Grade : Daiginjo

What am I drinking?
Daiginjo = rice grain has been polished down to a minimum of 50% before brewing. General rule of thumb, the lower the percentage, the purer the flavor, and the more expensive the product.
You have here, among the top 6% of all sake that is produced in Japan annually.
